To quality for services through the Texas Home and Community-Based Services - Adult Mental Health (HCBS-AMH) program, individuals must meet the initial and clinical eligibility criteria:

Initial Eligibility Criteria: Must be 18 years or older Must be Medicaid eligible or become Medicaid eligible prior to enrollment Must be willing to participate in the HCBS-AMH program and its requirements.
